And do you see his eyes looking to heaven, the Bible in his hands, and the law of truth on his lips?” Christian nodded, listening intently to the Interpreter’s every word. “This is to show you that his work is to know and expose dark things to sinners, even as you see him standing there pleading with men. “And where you see the world behind him and the crown that hangs over his head, that’s to show you that he despises the things of this world for the love that he has for doing God’s work. He will surely receive his reward in glory.”
