My inspiration comes from inside of me, when I imagine whole frameworks of stories and the characters who inhabit them, and also from nonfiction I read from the era. Real life from diaries and memoirs can prompt a windfall of fascinating scenarios.

I just finished listening to Chilbury Ladies choir and I never wanted it to end! Your writing is so expressive that you are immediately drawn into the village and the perils it’s citizens face with the onset of the German aerial attacks. I found the ensemble cast of narrators to be so talented that I felt like I was listening to a Masterpiece theater series. Congratulations and please write the screenplay for movie?
