Gabe asked Gerald Hickman:

Hello! My friend James and I met you and your wife - I think - in Spokane last week. I later saw your book at Auntie's Bookstore and grabbed it. It's signed! I love it so far. Thank you very much for your work. Do you have any suggestions, when editing one's one work for publication, about time management? I.e. if you think a section needs work, do you prefer to give it to someone else in your life for review, or?

Gerald Hickman I have a series of friends and authors that I depend on to help me edit, offer suggestions and such things. I try to offer the same help to them in return. The interesting thing is that my wife will not help edit or proof my books.
Time management is mostly attempting to write and edit early on in the process and not too wait too close to the publication date so my helpers have a chance to reply with any edits and comments.
