Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Wendy L. Samford I got the idea for my most recent book from the teachers who read my first book. They read chapter 5 in Out of the Dark, and shared that they couldn't accomplish creating a Platform for Curriculum Development (PCD) without the support of administrators. So my colleague and I found several administrators that support their teacher leaders by creating a culture of support and we asked them to write about their stories.
