Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?

Charles W. McDonald Jr. Within the series "A Throne of Souls," I would say my favorite fictional relationship is the one between Damon and Dallia. Why? Because both were separately deeply damaged individuals, but together they healed each others' weaknesses by helping attack them head-on. Damon helped Dallia directly attack her insecurities of her half-elf heritage by showing her the strengths of both halves. Dallia helped Damon open up to her and talk about his struggles dealing with the wrongs done upon him by external forces. They both encouraged each other to face their issues rather than hide from them. That's a very real concept to me in dealing with our own shortcomings. The made each other a better person, and personally, for Damon, Dallia made possible in him character traits that could only exist because of her.
