How do all of the side series fit into the whole Kurtherian timeline? (I would love to see a Goodreads series listing called "Kurtherian Universe" that kind of puts it all into perspective and a chronological order for obsessive readers like me.)

I just saw (not read) the "Rise of Magic" Books, and it says that they are "set on the foundation laid by the Kurtherian Gambit Series" ... so this "magic" is something like teletransportation, creating balls of energy, transforming into wolfs and stuff like that magic?? .. maybe related to the question that TOM once asked Bethany Anne about "Why witches were not real??"
