Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?

Julie Olsen Claire and Jamie, hands down. Their symmetry and gentle love, respect and admiration matures and grows stronger with each successive book. It's cliche, but they truly do complete each other. I would rather read about Claire and Jamie as lovers in their 70s than the doings of any twenty-something couple, period.
