My favorite fictional couple is Lida and Luka from Making Bombs for Hitler and Underground Soldier. And it's not because they're my creations. Luka walked into these books and found Lida when she needed a friend. They are both so real to me.

I read Traitors Among Us in one day and I could not stop reading. I loved the characters flaws such as Krystia being impulsive and Maria being hesitant. In the book when Krystia is interrogated, how did Galina find out about how Krystia and her mother hid their Jewish friends in a hole in the floor? Was it through the vents or did they send spies all the way to Ukraine?
