My favorite fictional relationship would have to be Karmy from Faking It. They started out as the best of best friends, their love growing gradually over time before it bubbled over into something real and powerful. Besides, I've always had a weakness for fake relationships that became real. And, yes, I know they didn't get together in the end (because MTV canceled the show before they could), but Karma's love, and more than a love for her friend, was palpable from season 2 on.
My second favorite fictional relationship, and favorite that's in a book, would be Ezria from Pretty Little Liars. It started out innocent, despite the age difference that wouldn't have mattered in a couple years, and only became something wrong when the school year started. It was the kind of love that won out even when those that felt it were fighting against it and seemed the most stable relationship in the bunch some of the time.
