What a great question! One of my favorite couples is Sally Albright and Harry Burns in Nora Ephron's terrific screenplay, When Harry Met Sally. With Harry and Sally, it's not insta-love, but rather a slow-growing friendship, where they clearly see each other's flaws and idiosyncrasies.
