I have been very fortunate to not have this issue, once I learned to "turn down the noise." Sometimes it's the doubt in your head; sometimes it's a reviewer who didn't get you; sometimes it's your own mother with a typo in her text that makes you think she hated a scene you wrote! Just keeping writing. If that's your passion...just keep writing!!!
