Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Michael Valdez It's basically a bunch of nonsense, so the ideas came from too many different places. To start, I wanted to think about social contracts, how society keeps moving forward and innovating, and what happens when control of that is taken away. Then I kept doing things differently than I'd done before for the challenge, and it ended up as the idea that it is now. See: nonsense.
