Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Shelby V. Painter I got the idea for my book, ROSES FOR RACHEL, while I was actually attempting to write a totally different story. I knew I'd wanted to try my hand at a vampire novel, but I didn't have my idea yet. I looked up from my laptop while working on the other book and saw the preview for the show The Bachelor, right at the part where the man was giving one of the lucky ladies a rose, and the idea just jumped out at me!
