HELLOOOOO Rachel!!! My name is Steph and at the moment I am currently reading your Morganville Vampires series and I am enjoying it so far. I am almost finished Bitter Blood. I was wondering, how do you come up with the playlist of songs that inspire each book? I always look forward to seeing which songs inspired you to see if I know any of them. Also, Myrnin is probably my favourite character :D

Hi, Steph, thanks! The playlist of songs is a bit of an obsession with me ... that's the first thing I do when I'm starting a book is begin to audition songs, to put myself in the right mood for the work. I take a couple of days to build a playlist of at least 10 to 15 songs, and then I keep searching as I write the book for more songs to carry me through. It not only keeps me entertained and engaged, but it also keeps me up-to-date on new music, which is awesome fun.

Thank you for your response, I also wanted to inquire as to what to expect in the book signing since I've never been to one before. Also the MBTB Bookstore informs of allowing your latest book signed as well as 3 other books of yours; do I have to purchase 3 of your latest books in order to get all 15 of my already owned books signed? (Having 2 other friends assist me with the books)

I just finished Wolfhunter Lake, book #3, and I was wondering if you have plans for more? I realize this book Just came out so it's all very new. I just was hoping for more maybe in the future?
