Bree asked Christopher Paolini:

This question contains spoilers… (view spoiler)

Christopher Paolini For me, writer’s block is solved by talking out (or writing) the problem — either by myself or with friends/family. The mere act of explaining the difficulty I’m having is usually enough to allow me to identify whatever-it-is that is causing the writing to lock up. As for music, though: I listen to a LOT of different soundtracks (movies and games). Just fit the mood of the music to the scene and you’re good to go.
