Goodreads asked Rajesh Valluri:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Rajesh Valluri I don't sweat it. I have had days where I couldn't write a line to save my life, but I also have days where I wrote 15 - 20 pages in one days. Creativity by definition is sporadic and sometimes it feels like there is nothing left in us. But, just like a seed comes to life after a hard summer with a little rain, creativity too comes back to life.
However, you should be careful to differentiate between a block and laziness. Writing is work, and you have to be professional about it. You should never stop working at it in the name of a writer's block.
