asked:
Has anyone found an example of a MetaCog, specifically for the process of detoxing toxic thoughts? The only examples I can find online are of Study Metacogs and her example of the structure of the brain. When doing a metacog, are you supposed to start with the toxic thought and process why it formed? Or are you supposed to start with the thought's positive counterpart and strengthen it with the logic that supports it?
