Goodreads asked Christopher Velis:

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Christopher Velis Don't get lost in editing. Don't edit everything to death. Just write. Get it out and edit later after the chapter is done no matter how bad (or good) it is. Then create magic with editing. I got out four five chapters at a time then started editing. Editing to me is fun but the creative hard work. getting it our first is more important. My advice is just write. Write every single day. 6-8 hours every day.
