How do you get inspired to write?

C.S. Dorsey I would write songs when I was younger and poetry. I didn't get into writing until later in life. Going to collage played a big part of it. I remember I had a class were I had to write a 700 word paper one week, and a 1400 word paper the next week. So I was writing all the time and I think that helped me out.

The inspiration didn't come until I started reading more young adult books. I though to myself, I can do this, and so I did.
