Hi Robin,
The biggest difference with the Scorpius Syndrome was the amount of research I had to do before writing. Not only into science and pandemics, but what if...the internet went down. Or how soon the experts think food would run out. Stuff like that. It was a little scary, to be honest. I'm telling you. Invest in antibiotic ointments! :)
