It was so much fun and took so much time! I read this article that NASA is worried about sending bacteria into space with each space shuttle or telescope, and I started thinking about what if bacteria from space ended up here. So once I figured out that the bacteria came from space (which everything here is from space), then I just started googling constellations, galaxies, planet names, moon names, etc. and came up with Scorpius. It just all came together (after a week of research). Then I ran it by my editor, and she liked it, so we were at go. :)

Seeing as so many of your immortal species are only capable of reproducing male children, is it possible for there to be gay immortals? Hi Rebecca, Not really a question but wanted to let you know that I might have found a typo?. In the book Wicked Edge page 161, it says " Vampire soldier Connlan Kayrs was a friend as well as being his cousin Brenna's mate." That wouldn't be right if it's Brenna you're talking about here because her mate is Jase Kayrs. Just seen this and wanted to let you know. BTW I'm loving the Realm Enforcers too.
