List a Giveaway, Giveaways You've Entered, Giveaway Terms. Click on Giveaways You've Entered. Where it says sort by, click won. Find this book and it will ask you if you received your copy. Say no. This is what I did and I received my copy in the mail shortly thereafter. Hope this helps you.(less)
