Louise Fuller Write something, anything. I came across this article in the Guardian https://goo.gl/4GFzxi and I think it's really helpful at describing the process of getting starting which is all about confidence and practice. Key quote, 'It's less about hours than attention.' Very true. Concentrating is hard, just watch children colouring or trying to do their homework. So practice, a little every day- maybe a blog, a diary, a poem, and don't be afraid to delete it all and start again.
