Sorry, I've only just finished reading this and my response may be too late. I bought the Penguin Classics version. I'm not sure if the collection of writings is the same as the Oxford edition but I found Clive Wilmer's introduction and comprehensive notes in the Penguin edition to be invaluable. I also think it's a very well thought out collection of writing. Hope that might be of help.
