To sit down and write! I also outline heavily these days (didn't when I was only writing one book a year). For me it's a lot of fun...as the characters come to life in your head. Remember to give yourself permission to write a very bad, terrible, stinky, no good first draft. No one will ever read it except you. The secret to writing is re-writing.
