I'm in love with your style of writing. Currently reading my way through Cat and Bones' story. Absolutely in love with it! Where did you come up with the idea for Cat and Bones' adventures?

Jeaniene Frost I came up with the initial idea from a dream. In the dream, I saw a half-vampire woman arguing with her former vampire boyfriend about why she'd left him years before. Answering the questions of who those people were, how they'd come to that point, why had she left him if she still loved him, etc., eventually became Halfway To The Grave. Ironically, the argument that the dream featured didn't get written until book two, in One Foot In The Grave :).

I just read Outtakes from the Grave and have read the whole Night Huntress Series. I absolutely love the series and the spin-offs! I realize you need time to eat and sleep, but couldn't you please publish, say, one book a month, so I can read your books constantly? ;) Here's my question: WHAT were Annette's 3 suggestions to Cat in the alternate middle of Destined for an Early Grave, featured in Outtakes?
