If anyone listened to the audiobook, does this book work well as an audiobook? If you read it, do you think it would work as an audiobook? Amazon wants like $65 for the audiobook as of the time of this writing. Is it worth it?

I flipped between audiobook and the physical book to keep up with the footnotes. It helped me keep plugging away since I could listen when driving and then read the book at home/lunch. Enjoy!(less)
