Did you (any/all) read Colleen McCullough's Song of Troy? Or did you just go with the classics? I've just read Song of War and it's really good! (like that's a surprise! haha) Am about to go and write a review.....

Kate Quinn I have not read "Song of Troy" --it's on my TBR -- but several of the other H Team members had, and its interpretation was discussed (along with Margaret George's "Helen of Troy," Madeline Miller's "Song of Achilles," etc.) as we emailed back and forth about how to make our own interpretation something new and different. Glad you enjoyed A SONG OF WAR!
