Do you have any tips for aspiring authors? What inspires you?

S.J. Kincaid Read a lot and write a lot! That is totally the main trip. Also, learn to hear the word "no" over and over again without letting it daunt you. I never won a single writing contest in school and it took me seven manuscripts and many years to finally sell a book and my tale is pretty typical from what I understand. In fact, all those years of rejection along the way pretty much immunized me to any terror of reviews etc. and ensured that when I finally did get published, it was the best story I was capable of producing. So... Good luck!
