I was looking for a printed copy of your book THE HALCYON DISLOCATION on the Amazon site. I found the Kindle e-book for $3.99, but the Paperback list for $92.48! What gives?

If you click on the Kindle title for $3.99, a new window opens up which lists the Paperback for $24.99 (the price it should be). Here is the link to the page ... https://goo.gl/PR765c .
With respect to the outrageous $92.48 that's almost four times higher the list price. I have asked my publisher/distributor and they also have no idea where that listing is coming from.
