Why is the US version have 544 pages and the UK version have 432 pages? I really want to know because I'm tempted to buy the UK version because of that stunning book cover, but if the US version has something like extra content (hence the extra pages) then I might buy both? Please answer soon!

For some reason US publishers conventionally leave more space between the lines and so you get less lines on the same size page which means more pages for the same text.

I think this is aesthetic, it makes the page look lighter, less dense, more appealing.

Perhaps it also makes reading easier on the eye.(less)
