Why is the US version have 544 pages and the UK version have 432 pages? I really want to know because I'm tempted to buy the UK version because of that stunning book cover, but if the US version has something like extra content (hence the extra pages) then I might buy both? Please answer soon!

The same content is likely there (unless there was a copyright issue on something), it's simply the printing choices that change the page numbers.(less)
