Roxane, I read and very much enjoyed your collection of essays, Bad Feminist. Do you still think of yourself as a "bad feminist"? If you could say one thing to "good feminists," what would it be?

Roxane Gay I'm always going to think of myself as a bad feminist. Anything I would want to say to "good feminists," I wrote in my book but mostly, I want them to be more inclusive, and more thoughtful about their feminism.
