do you think you might make a book on japanese or aztec mythology any time in the future?

Rick Riordan We just started an new imprint at Disney called Rick Riordan Presents. The idea is to find authentic voices to tell the stories about their own cultures, rather than me, a white American male, trying to tell all their mythologies myself. I think that's the better way to go. I love Aztec and Japanese mythologies, as well as many others, but I am not an expert, nor was I raised with them the way I grew up with Greek, Roman, Norse and Egyptian.

Do people often say your last name wrong? I've been saying Rick Rordian all my life!! My sister pointed it out to me a week ago and I slowly crumble when I remember all the times I've said "Rick ROAR-DIAN" was my favourite author! I'm a sham!!
