I know you dont like going on tour to other countries but in Argentina we love you and it would be so nice to have you here. would you come here in vacation or on a tour someday?

Alas, there just isn't time to tour internationally, and if I went to a country on vacation, you'd never know I was there until I left! I've found that tours and vacations really cannot be done on the same trip. It's too hectic. I have no plans to visit Argentina, but I'm very glad you've enjoyed the books!

dude, as an american muslim who's story is almost exactly like Sam's (family escaped from Baghdad, came to US, even my grandpa's name was Abbas!) I just wanted to tell you that when I told my grandmother about this character we both legitimately cried because it was the first time we have ever seen a character who was muslim for reasons other than the plot centering around it. You're so awesome??? Thank you so much.

Hey Mr. Riordan! My name is Grace, and I've been a HUGE fan for over 10 years. Your books have gotten me through many a tough time... which brings me to my question. When I write I get into these slumps, not writer's block necessarily, I feel lethargic, overly analytical, and like no one cares except me. Do you ever get into these moods where you feel like what you're doing is worthless? if so, how do you combat it?

How do you feel about fan theories influencing plot points or making it into books (not so much fan fiction but the hypothesizing/guessing themes for the following books)? I feel like when I was growing up reading YA fantasy and Sci-Fi, the speculation didn't happen as much as it does now. Maybe I was just younger then haha... Love your books so much, and I can't wait to read more of Percy's adventures!
