Anna Shier
Anna Shier asked:

Is there swearing of the s or f variety or graphic sexual content?

Phillip Sawyer frequent f words and others and some inter-species sex but not explicit.
Michael Murray According to my kindle "sh**" occurs 70 times and "fu**" 61 times. Not sure that ratio reflects real life. But it's sci-fi.
Iah Fuck yes just like in life people swear or even make new words that seem tame but mean fuck cunt shit wank knobhead.
Just because you use a substitute word like frak does not give you a free pass we all know that "oh fire truck" is the same as fuck it's fake Puritan to think otherwise.
As for sex in books eww! That's gross why would you suggest such a thing. ;)
JJ Janine No to both. The book has its own diction for exclamations, and while some characters are intimate with each other (read: sensually), sex is left off the page. There is mention of recreational drug use, though, but it doesn't feed into much of the story at all.
Sieglinde The word "fuck" was in this book if that bothers you. Most of the swearing is at the level of "Feldercrab" or "shabbat"
Francis Oak It's not graphic. I would definitely let a 15-18 year old read this book, and maybe even younger, if they're mature.
