That's a good question. I'm not really sure. I suppose I would go back to my very first book to try to flesh out the main characters. I don't think they are stereotypes, but they are definitely less three-dimensional than the ones in my current novels.

I got the first book I ever read of you on a discount table at my local bookstore. When I read I thought I paid to little for it and I wanted more. Unfortunately, my local bookstores barely purchase good books, I live in Trinidad and Tobago. They are more into series and young adult. My question is: How do you actually write the story that haunts you at night when you're trying to sleep?

I'm kind of OCD about the time settings and knowing who has been married to who and for how long (I love the Bridgertons' family tree on your web too), but I just noticed that The Sum of all kisses does not appear in the time setting list, the story takes place around October 1924, right?
