Hello!! I just received The Fifth Petal on NetGalley. Should I read The Lace Reader and The Map Of True Places first? I have a book club. We just did our first Skype session with author Tiffany McDaniel, we absolutely loved it! I would love to set a Skype date with you and my book club. Hi Cheryl, The Fifth Petal is a standalone book, so there's no need to read the other two first. There are some recurring characters, which is probably why people are referring to it as a sequel. But the protagonist and the story are both new. I'd love to do a Skype session with your book club. I'll be on tour until Mid-February, but after that I'll be more available. Let me know what dates you're considering, and we'll schedule it.

Hello, In the back of my copy of "The Lace Reader" is a page that tells me a book titled, "Bone Lace" will be published in 2009. It seems to be a continuation of the characters in "The Lace Reader." Did you not write the book or was it published under a different title? If it is out there, I'd like to read it.
