Hello, I am a little confused and hoping you can help me out. I just bought the book Lipstick, Lies and Dead Guys (which is what the cover says) but when I open it at the top it says One Garish Ghost & Blueberry Peach Jam. Are these the same books but with a new name?

Yes, they are the same book with different titles. The first two books and the short story were renamed.
So Book 1: Lipstick, Lies & Dead Guys used to be One Garish Ghost & Blueberry Peach Jam.
Book 2: Mini Skirts, Mai Tais & Dead Guys used to be Two Ghosts & A Love Song.
And the short story: Christmas, Spies & Dead Guys used to be A Christmas Ghost & Zero Regrets.
Sorry for the confusion. :)
