How do you deal with writer’s block?

Sally Anne Palmer I stop writing! I only write well if the writing comes easily and flows on its own. If I am finding it hard to write them that means what I am coming out with is usually rubbish, so I have to stop writing and do something else until I start thinking about the story again on my own.
