How do you deal with writer’s block?

Kendal Waller I give myself time and I'm willing to consider that the block is simply because the book took a turn it shouldn't have, go back, allow myself to explore other avenues and I'm not afraid to delete if it doesn't feel right. My best writing flows from my fingertips as though someone is trying to get out, I'm not really in control. (I'm not crazy even though that makes me sound like I could be.)
