Namrata I would recommend this book for people in their 20's. I would say that astrology is not completely real. I used to think that it was, but believing too much in it is not good either. When she's a bit older it would be most likely fine.

Kaitlin I bought my copy at 14. There is nothing Mature or Adult Content warning in this particular book. Other astrology books might make mention of Adult Content sections such as erogenous zones or physical touch preferences, but this book is G-rated.
