Hi Karen! I am a huge fan of your writing, and have loved every single book of yours I've read :) I especially enjoyed A Worthy Pursuit, and was wondering whether or not you are planning on writing or have already written a prequel novel/novella for Belinda and Robert? I loved their interactions and would be excited to read the story of how they fell in love.

Hi, Kristy. Thanks so much for your question! I have written a follow up novella for Dan and Marietta in The Husband Maneuver, but I have not written anything for Robert and Belinda. To tell the truth, their story was an invention on the fly. They were brief characters that played a small yet significant role in the story, but I wanted to make sure they were still three-dimensional and relateable, so I gave them a history. And since I'm such a romantic sap, I decided to give them a romantic history. :-)
I'm sorry to say that there is no story written for them, and at this point, no immediate plan for one, but I encourage you to dream up whatever fun for them your imagination can create. As long as they get their happily ever after, I'm happy. :-)

Hi Karen! I just finished reading a Tailor Made Bride (it was your second novel that I've read). It was a cute story about two very stubborn characters. Question for you...the story includes a disdain for the color orange? Is that something true for you? Is there a meaning behind it? Just curious.

How do you do your research process? I'm a plantser so I plot out the characters of my story and the outline. However, by that point I'm impatient and want to start writing. Many of the stories I have are historical and my research process is kind of a mess. How do you approach doing research? Also, I enjoy your stories and I'm currently enjoying, Fairest of Heart. Thank you!
