I just finished Punk 57 and fell madly in love with Misha (of course Jax is my #1). My question is how you came up with these intriguing and "risky" traits for all your Heroes. Jared, Jax, Michael and Misha, are all hardcore make no excuses, take what they want kind of men. How did you know that their dominant personalities would fascinate so many women who dream of unapologetic men like them? PS I love all your work!

Actually, I didn't know. I never even thought anyone would read Bully. I just knew what I liked in a fictional hero, so I wrote. Bully was fun for me. And when I released it, I realized I'm not alone. Lots of readers loved that kind of hero--the kind that doesn't completely change once he gets the girl.
So...I kept doing what I was doing. I enjoyed it and others did, too.

Did the published version of Bully differ very much from your first draft? Did you rewrite parts of the story or just fix spelling errors? Bully is one of my two favorite love/hate books ever, and I wondered if it came to you on the first go, or if you had to tinker with it to make it that good.
