Hey thanks for the question. Percepliquis is the book that I'm the most proud of. In many ways the five prior books of the Riyria Revelations were laying the foundation for the slam dunk that Percepliquis provided. It was great tying together all the loose ends and...well...the ending was (to me) just the right way to finish off the series. I can still remember how I felt when I typed the last words of that book and I felt really good about what I had produced.

Hey Michael! I had a question about something you said in the foreword of (I think) Age of Legend. You mention that, while writing, one of the characters said something ridiculous and you thought to yourself "what if this actually happened?", which lead to a completely different direction for the series. For those of us who've read everything, could you tell us a bit more about what this character said and why?
