Linda Hag seed means the seed (child) of a hag. Prosperos and others constantly insult Caliban, calling him all sorts of names and Hag seed is one of the names.
The inmates in the play, The Tempest, invent a rap song called Hag seed to be sung by the actor playing Caliban.
