Read as much as you can. Write as much as you can. Rinse and repeat. Learn everything you can about the writing craft but don't let it overwhelm you. Keep learning as you write.
Don't let criticism stop you. Decide what's constructive and what's not. Find a critique partner who you trust. Use beta readers.
And most importantly, get the first draft down. You can always go back and edit later. It doesn't need to be perfect the first time around.

Hey there! I've recently finished Confess (the best reading experience ever, thank you!)and I was wondering if there's gonna be another book in this series.. If so..Do you plan the next book in this series any time soon...? Or just some time in the future, I'd definitely wait for the sequel. Thanks for your answer.
