There are rumors that Dylan does work on vol. 2 (and that there are number of chapters written), but he hadn't promise any date to his publisher. The planned book has even an ISBN (0743230779), although that does not mean there are any guaranties that we will see this book very soon.
In my opinion, the book WILL come, but it might be released after Dylan will have knocked on Heaven's door.

I guess I found the answer to my question. I will continue to hope that some day soon we will see Chronicles part two. I don't know if Chronicles one was plagiarized but I found it the closest I got to ,"knowing" Dylan the man. Hope to read more.
