How do you deal with writer’s block?

S. Shane Thomas Routine. I wake up every morning at 4 am, do 3 sets of Wim Hof Method breathing exercises followed by 15 minutes of mindfulness meditation. Then I have a cup of coffee while drafting until 7 am. I have to do it then, because the house turns crazy when my sons wake up!

Lately, if I've felt averse to writing a particular article or chapter, I rethink if it is even beneficial to the overall piece. I cut one of the end chapters of A Paleolithic Fable because I just didn't want to spend 1500 on that scene. Don't worry, another character observed it in their chapter.
