several people were involved in the initial construction of the plot for this book. Ultimately, it boiled down to Tia Tormen and me and the discussions and ideas we had. Unfortunately, there is no easy answer to this question. We wanted to have a book with sex in it, we wanted the sex to be integral to the plot, and things just grew from there.
